In the most simple terms – I help you workout and train your body through exercise and nutrition habits to reach your fitness goals. Through personal training and nutrition coaching you can change the way your body looks, feels, and performs. It includes inner and outer health of your body. That means you have improvements in how your body functions and performs.

Whether you’re in your late 30s to 40s and want to keep away the midlife bloat, in your 50s and want better health or 70 plus and want to actually enjoy the freer years ahead, coaching and training can help. I meet you where you are. 

With my personal training and nutrition guidance you can come to me or we can turn your home, yard or office into your personal fitness studio.

I walk the path I teach and believe in balance and creating my own epic life. My priorities for whole life wellness include my family and time for creative outlets in addition to keeping my own inner peace. That means I am a part-time trainer helping other women who have availability when I do – during the day from about 7:30 to 3.

For all of the women I serve, you can fit training in during the day without interrupting after school activities, family time, dinner time, or bedtime.
