As a continuance of now adding the Release Statements and re-wording them as an affirmation, I felt the Spiritual energy and my connection to Spirit stronger. I felt a calling to sit and work with my pendulum too. My connection to Spirit was so strong that I could feel the pulsating in my thumb and index finger where I hold my pendulum chain. I feel a stronger more “true-to-me” connection with Spirit, not that: “Fake it ’til you make it” stuff.(The biggest personal growth or transformation was) really becoming aware of how much of Myself I have given away to the point of knowing who I am as an individual. Not believing that any of “this” would really work for me, i.e. “Things like this only work for people who are already “gifted” in some kind of way”. Your time, your ‘thought energies’, your determination and a mindset of: I want to do this; I’m going to do this; and I’m going to have positive results.
