About Bernette Sherman
“Despite all the obstacles that may appear to be in your way, the only true obstacles are the ones you place in your head.“
Bernette Sherman is an author, implementation strategist, and creator of self-guided resources for wellness, money, and publishing.
Her work centers on one core belief:
ideas become powerful when they are put into motion.
Across midlife reinvention, health recovery, financial rebuilding, and creative output, Bernette has repeatedly turned personal vision into lived reality. She has written more than a dozen books, reshaped her relationship with her body, and built lasting change through clear decisions and practical action.
Clients value her ability to quickly recognize what truly matters, cut through distraction, and translate intention into immediate next steps.
Bernette’s approach is direct, grounded, and independent.
She is not interested in creating long-term dependency or endless conversation.
Her goal is to help capable people leave with usable direction and the confidence to execute it.
In addition to her private sessions, she has created books and self-guided materials for people who prefer to work on their own.
