Hi! I’m Bernette, the author of Who Moved My Curves? and creator of the 4-Week Lifestyle and Fitness self-guided program. Like you, I found myself going through this strange body phase when nothing I used to do worked anymore and my body was changing fast!
I help other midlife women take back their lives, starting in their bodies. I did it and wrote down what worked to create a way for you to do it too!
I used fitness, mindset, and universal principles to take back my body and my magic so I could live my purpose. That’s what we’re here for.
