Having navigated her own seasons of health recovery and reinvention, including holding the title of Miss Cobb County at forty-four, Bernette knows that lasting change is not found in hacks. With a background in public health, financial education, and nutrition, she brings a grounded, common-sense approach to personal development that cuts through the noise of influencer culture.
