In this action oriented 1-to-1 strategy session we move you towards your North Star, that primary goal that would give you the greatest impact and results.
This session can be on any topic and can be especially helpful for specific areas I have expertise in, including financial goals, wellness (nutrition and flexible fasting), self-publishing, and general goals. Using my 1-Thing Way framework, together we accomplish:
- The One Goal: We define the most pressing financial result you need right now, whether that’s finding “lost” money, getting out of debt, plugging a leak, or securing your first safety fund.
- The Current Challenge: We identify what is actually standing between you and your goal (hint: it’s rarely just a lack of money).
- The Behavior: You leave with the most impactful 2–3 specific behaviors (actions and habits) you can take immediately to begin closing the distance.
I don’t offer long-term coaching programs and ongoing plans. I provide a high-intensity, 50-minute implementation strategy session for motivated adults who are ready to get clear and focused on how to move towards your goal.
